Event management software pricing, explained

And why most vendors won't show you theirs.
Transparent Pricing
Full pricing. No form required.
Four packages starting at €4,300/year — every tier listed, every add-on named, no “Talk to sales” button hiding the numbers.
Try this experiment. Go to a website of almost any other major event management platform and try to find a price. An actual number, in euros or dollars, that tells you what you’d pay.
Good luck. What you’ll find instead is a button: “Talk to sales.” “Get a custom quote.” “Request pricing.” Somewhere behind that button is a number, and somewhere behind that number is a sales process built to find out what you’re willing to pay before anyone tells you what it costs.
We think that’s backwards. So this month we put our full event management software pricing on our own website — packages, tiers, and add-ons included — no form required to see it.
What run.events pricing actually looks like
Four packages. Essentials, Advanced, Professional, Enterprise. Starting at €4,300 a year, with every price visible, every package’s contents listed, no asterisk leading to a footnote leading to a form.
That’s it. That’s the whole reveal. It shouldn’t feel unusual, but compared to how companies normally price their platforms, publishing real numbers apparently still counts as news in this industry.
The three factors behind every proposal
Once you’re past the “wait, is this actually the price” moment, the run.events pricing model itself is simple. Three factors decide what you pay.
First, your package. Essentials gets you Audience Management, Mobile App, and Check-In & Badging — everything you need to run registration through to badge scan. Advanced adds Abstract & Agenda Management, for anyone drowning in speaker submissions and session scheduling. Professional adds Events CRM, which turns sponsor and exhibitor management from an inbox into an actual pipeline. Enterprise adds Event Marketing and Expo & Booth Management on top — the full stack for organizations running the whole portfolio.
Second, your size tier. Pricing scales with your event’s scale, based on attendees for conferences or exhibitors for expos and fairs. The published price covers up to 500 attendees or exhibitors; larger events get a proposal built around their actual numbers. What doesn’t scale with size: your seat count. Every package includes unlimited users and unlimited events within your tier. Add your whole team, run four events or fourteen — we’re not counting logins the way per-seat event platforms do.
Third, optional products. Smart Hub, AI-Matchmaking, Online & Hybrid Events, and the white-label mobile app are available as add-ons to any package, priced on request based on what you actually need.
Package plus tier plus optional add-ons. That’s the entire event software pricing model. You could build your own proposal on the back of a napkin, and that’s the point.
At a glance: the four packages
- Essentials — Audience Management, Mobile App, Check-In & Badging
- Advanced — Everything in Essentials + Abstract & Agenda Management
- Professional — Everything in Advanced + Events CRM
- Enterprise — Everything in Professional + Event Marketing & Expo & Booth Management
The one number people squint at
There’s a one-time onboarding fee of €990 on top of the annual subscription, and we’d rather explain it than bury it.
Onboarding is where your account gets set up properly: your branding applied across the platform, your team roles configured, your first event structured the way your organization actually works — not the way a generic template assumes it should. It’s the difference between logging into an empty platform and logging into one that’s already yours. Every customer goes through it, and the fee covers the actual human hours our team spends doing it with you, not a markup dressed up as a setup cost.
We could fold it into the subscription price and call the headline number bigger. We’d rather show it separately and be fully transparent about it.
Why bother publishing any of this
Because the alternative serves the vendor more than it serves you. A hidden price means every prospect starts from zero: no way to compare, no way to budget in advance, no way to know if a conversation is worth having until you’ve already had three of them. That’s not a sales process — it’s a toll booth.
Publishing the model means you can do your own math before you ever talk to us. Whether run.events fits your budget is a question you can answer on your own, at your own desk. If the numbers work, the demo becomes about your specific event — not about extracting a quote.
We’re aware this makes negotiating harder for us. That’s fine. We’d rather earn the deal on the platform than on the mystery.
See your own numbers
If you want the full breakdown on paper, our pricing brochure has every package, tier, and add-on in one document — no demo required, just an email. If you’re ready to see your actual numbers, book a demo and we’ll build your proposal together, live, using exactly the model above.
And through September, there’s one more thing worth knowing: book a demo by September 30 and you get 10% off your first year, whenever you end up signing. We published the pricing model because we think it should survive daylight. Might as well make it easier to act on while we’re at it.
September deal — ends September 30:
Book a demo this month and get 10% off your first year — no strings attached.
We’ll build your proposal live — packages, tier, and add-ons — so you leave with a real number, not a callback.
