Event as a Service is a managed service from run.events: the run.events team runs your event technology, in a scope agreed with you, and you keep the decisions and approve the work.
The service is for organizers of B2B events, conferences and congresses, trade fairs, association and corporate events, and for event agencies.
What Event as a Service includes
The scope is agreed with you. It can include any or all of the following:
- setup of all run.events products you book;
- content and communications;
- event website and app;
- on-site check-in and support;
- reporting after the event.
